a 2-minute look at what your certs are really costing

tell me roughly how many certs your team handles. i'll send back a short video on your numbers: where the time goes, and what an instant-issue flow would change. no cost, no pitch deck.

send me a rough sense of your cert volume and i'll record a short video on your numbers. free, and there's nothing to sit through first.

most agencies feel the cert load without ever seeing it laid out in one place. a COI request lands, a csr drops what they're doing, finds the policy, fills the ACORD form, checks the certificate holder language, sends it, and does it again twenty more times that day. none of it is hard. all of it adds up. the insurance guide walks through where that time tends to hide, and the cert cost calculator puts a rough yearly number on it from your own figures.

this teardown is the personal version of that. you tell me roughly how many certs your team handles and who handles them. i make you a short video that points at where the hours go for an agency your size, and what an instant-issue flow would change, the kind where a holder gets their cert in seconds without pulling a csr off anything.

what you'll get

ready when you are. it's a couple of days, free, and yours to keep either way.

have a question before you start?

what will i get back?
a short personal video, made for your agency, not a template. i walk through the cert numbers you sent: roughly where the csr hours go, the spots that quietly eat the most time, and what an instant-issue flow would change for a holder asking for a COI at 4:55 on a friday. no slides, no pitch deck.
how long does it take?
a couple of days, usually less. you send a rough sense of your cert volume, i record the walkthrough on my own time and send it over. you watch it when you want. there is no call to book first and nothing on your calendar.
is it really free?
yes, and there is no catch buried in it. i make these because the cost of cert handling is easy to feel and hard to see in one place, and a short video is the honest way to show it. if you want help after, we can talk. if not, you keep the video. either is fine.
what do you need from me?
just rough numbers: about how many certs your team issues in a typical week or month, who handles them, and whether ACORD forms and certificate holder requests are part of the day. you do not need exact figures or any documents. a ballpark is plenty to make the video useful.
