what are certificates costing your agency?

a few numbers about your cert volume, and you'll see the hours and the dollars. the defaults are industry-reported starting points you can edit; the result recalculates from your numbers. nothing stored.

0csr hours a year on certs
$0burned on certs every year

these are estimates from the numbers you entered, not a guarantee and not our own result. defaults are industry-reported starting points, editable to your agency: cert volume ~15 to 30 a day (IVANS), ~12 to 25 minutes per cert done by hand (industry-reported), full COI lifecycle around 52 minutes (Deloitte, 2025). verify against your own numbers. nothing is stored; this runs entirely in your browser.

how is the cost worked out?
from your own numbers. csr hours a year is certificates a day times minutes per certificate, divided by 60 to get hours, times your work days a year. the dollar figure is those hours times your csr loaded cost per hour. nothing fancy: it just shows the time and money your certificates quietly take.
where do the default ranges come from?
they're industry-reported, not our own results, and they're editable starting points you should check against your agency. cert volume of about 15 to 30 a day is reported by IVANS, roughly 12 to 25 minutes per certificate done by hand is widely reported across the industry, and the full COI lifecycle has been put around 52 minutes by Deloitte (2025). none of these are a guarantee.
is anything stored when i use this?
no. the calculator runs entirely in your browser. we don't save, send, or see anything you type. close the tab and it's gone.
what can i do once i see the number?
start with the slowest part of the cert process rather than all of it at once. the cert teardown shows where the hours go step by step, and the insurance guide covers the bigger picture for an agency without a tech lead.
