how is the cost calculated?
from your own numbers. hours a week is hours a day times five days times how many people do the task. the yearly dollar figure takes the loaded yearly pay, turns it into an hourly rate (pay divided by 2,080 work hours), then multiplies by the hours a day, 260 work days, and your headcount. nothing fancy: it just shows the time and money one repetitive task quietly takes.
is my data stored anywhere?
no. the calculator runs entirely in your browser. we don’t save, send, or see anything you type. close the tab and it’s gone.
what if more than one task is the problem?
most businesses have a few. start with the one that feels heaviest, get a number, then run it again for the next. when you’re ready to see how they add up, the how we build page walks through the way we map them.
what happens after i see my number?
nothing you don’t choose. if the number stings, you can look at the matching next step on the results screen, or start with the free revival and pay only when booked revenue lands on your calendar. firms without a tech lead can also read about a fractional AI CTO.
